ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 1. ਖੇਡ ਸੱਟ ( Sport injuries ) ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਖੇਡ ਦੇ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਗਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸੱਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਡ ਸੰਟ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 2. ਖੇਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸੱਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਹਨ ?

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 3. ਯੁੱਖ ਸੱਟਾਂ ( Exposed injuries ) ਕਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਸੱਟਾਂ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਭਾਗ ' ਤੇ ਲੱਗਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਖ ਸੱਟਾਂ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 4. ਅਪ੍ਰਤੱਖ ਸੱਟਾਂ ( Unexposed Injuries ) ਕਿੰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਉਹ ਸੱਟਾਂ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਭਾਗ ' ਤੇ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪ੍ਰਤੱਖ ਜਾਂ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਸੱਟ ਵੀ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 5. ਪ੍ਰਤੱਖ  ਸੱਟਾਂ ( Exposed injuries ) ਦੀਆਂ ਉਦਾਹਰਨਾ ਦਿਓ । 

ਉੱਤਰ- ( 1 ) ਰਗੜ ( 2 ) ਚਮੜੀ ਦਾ ਫਟਨਾ ( 3 ) ਡੂੰਘਾ ਜ਼ਖਮ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 6. ਰਗੜ ਕੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਜਿਸ ਸਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਗੜ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਚਮੜੀ ਦਾ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਭਾਗ ਛਿਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਰਗੜ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 7. ਚਮੜੀ ਫੱਟਣ ਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਖੇਡ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਿਸੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਕੂਹਣੀ , ਗੋਡੇ ਜਾਂ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਟਕਰਾਉਣ ਨਾਲ । ਦੂਜੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਚਮੜੀ ਫੱਟ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਚਮੜੀ ਫਟਣਾ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 8. ਡੂੰਘਾ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮ ( Punctured Wound ) ਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਖੇਡਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਣ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੁਕੀਲੀਜਾਂ ਤਿੱਖੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਲੱਗਣ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿਲਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੂਟ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਲੱਗਣ ਜਾਂ ਜੈਵਲਿਨ ਲੱਗਣ ਕਾਰਣ ਡੂੰਘਾ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ।

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 9. ਮੋਚ ( Sprain ) ਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਮੋਚ ਜੋੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਦਰਦ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਸੱਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋੜਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬੰਨਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੰਤੂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 10. ਖਿਚਾਵ ( Strain ) ਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਭਾਵ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਇਹ ਮਾਸਪੇਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੱਟ ਹੈ । ਅਕਸਰ ਇਕ ਸੱਟ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਭਾਰੀਆਂ ਮਾਸਪੇਸ਼ੀਆਂ ' ਤੇ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਸਪੇਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਿਚਾਵ ਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 11. ਹੱਡੀ ਦਾ ਉਤਰਣਾ ( Dislocation ) ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਹੱਡੀ ਉਤਰਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋੜ ’ ਤੇ ਦਬਾਵ ਪੈਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਜਾਂ ਝਟਕਾ ਲੱਗਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੱਡੀ ਜੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਡੀ ਦਾ ਉੱਤਰਣਾ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 12. ਹੱਡੀ ਦਾ ਟੁੱਟਣਾ ( Fracture ) ਕੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਸੱਟ ਲੱਗਣ ਕਾਰਣ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੱਡੀ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਟੁੱਕੜੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਡੀ ਦਾ ਟੁੱਟਣਾ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 13. ਸੱਟ ਲੱਗਣ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਗਲਤੀ ਜਾਂ ਅਸਾਵਧਾਨੀ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਸੱਟ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 14. ਜੇਕਰ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਸਾਵਧਾਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡ ਦੇ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਟ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਜੇਕਰ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਸਾਵਧਾਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡ ਦੇ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਜੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਘੱਟ ਸੱਟ ਲੱਗਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 15. ਖੇਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੱਸੋ ।

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 16.ਖੇਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਗ ਲੈਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਗਰਮਾਉਣਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ?
