ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 1. ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕੀ ਹੈ ? ਇਸ ਦੀ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਕਿਉਂ ਹੈ ?

ਉੱਤਰ - ਦੁਰਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਬਾਅਦ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰੋਗੀ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਉਪਚਾਰ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ । ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸਥਾਨ ਹਾਦਸਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ । ਹਰ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ' ਤੇ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ । ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰੋਗੀ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੀ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਜਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 2. ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੇਣ ਵੇਲੇ ਕਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਸਮੇਂ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿਓ 

    1. ਸੱਟ ਦੀ ਦਸ਼ਾ ( Nature of Injury ) - ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਸੱਟ ਕਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਹੈ । ਜੇ ਸੱਟ                    ਘਾਤਕ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਨਾਜ਼ੁਕ ਅੰਗ ਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰੋ ।

    2.ਸੱਟ ਦਾ ਜ਼ੋਰ(Intensity of Injury)-ਜਿਸ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਸੱਟ ਵੱਧ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕਰੋ 

    3. ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੀ ਵਿਧੀ ( Process of First Aid ) - ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੱਟ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੋਵੇ , ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਦੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ             ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਪਣਾਓ ।

 ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 3. ਪੱਠਿਆ ਦੇ ਤਨਾਅ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੱਸੋ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ ( 1 ) ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੱਦ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਥਕਾਵਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ । 

        ( 2 ) ਖੇਡ ਦਾ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਜਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਨਰਮ ਹੋਣਾ । 

        ( 3 ) ਖੇਡ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਗਰਮ ਨਾ ਕਰਨਾ । 

        ( 4 ) ਸਰੀਰਕ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹਰਕਤਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਲੈ ਆਉਣਾ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 4. ਖੇਡ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਪੱਠਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਨਾਅ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਲਈ ਉਪਾਓ ਦੱਸੋ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ( 1 ) ਖੇਡ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਰੀਰ ਗਰਮ ਕਰੋ । 

          ( 2 ) ਗਿੱਲੇ , ਤਿਲਕਵੇਂ , ਖੁੱਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰੋੜਿਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮੈਦਾਨ ' ਤੇ ਨਾ ਖੇਡੇ । 

          ( 3 ) ਸੱਟਾਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਲਈ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰੋ ॥ 

          ( 4 ) ਖੇਡਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਤਨਾਅ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਖੇਡੋ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 5. ਪੱਠਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਤਨਾਅ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ( 1 ) ਸੱਟ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਠੰਢੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੱਟੀਆਂ ਕਰੋ । 

          ( 2 ) ਸੱਟ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਿਲਜੁਲ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿਓ । 

          ( 3 ) ਸੱਟ ਵਾਲੇ ਅੰਗ ਤੇ ਭਾਰ ਨਾ ਪਾਓ । 

          ( 4 ) 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਾਲਿਸ਼ ਜਾ ਸੇਕ ਦਿਓ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 6. ਮੰਚ ਕਿਨੀਆਂ ਕਿਸਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਮੰਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ । 

        1. ਨਰਮ ਮੰਚ ( Minor Sprain ) ਇਸ ਦਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੋਚ ਵਾਲੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਤੇ ਹਲਕਾ ਦਰਦ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਸੋਜ ਆ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । 

        2. ਦਰਮਿਆਨੀ ਮੋਚ ( Moderate Sprain ) ਇਸ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਦ ਅਤੇ ਸੋਜ ਵੱਧ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ । ਜੋੜ                  ਦੇ  ਬੰਧਨ ( Ligaments ) ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੁੱਟ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ । 

       3. ਪੂਰਨ ਮੈਚ ( Several Sprain ) ਇਸ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿਚ ਜੋੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਦ ਅਸਹਿ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਜੋੜ ਦੇ ਬੰਧਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ                   ਨਾਲ ਕਾਰਟੀਲੇਜ ( Cartilage ) ਅਤੇ ਕੈਪਸੂਲ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਦਾ ਹੈ । ਜੋੜ ਦੀ ਹਿਲਜੁਲ ਬੰਦ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ।

 ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 7. ਤੁਸੀ ਮੋਚ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕਰੋਗੇ ?

ਉੱਤਰ -(1 ) 48 ਘੰਟੇ ਤੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਚਾਰ ਵਾਰ ਠੰਢੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੱਟੀਆਂ ਕਰੋ ।

         ( 2 ) ਮੋਚ ਗਿੱਟੇ ' ਤੇ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਅੱਠ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੱਟੀ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ । 

         ( 3 ) ਮੋਚ ਵਾਲੇ ਜੋੜ ਤੇ ਭਾਰ ਨਾ ਪਾਓ । 

        ( 4 ) 48 ਘੰਟੇ ਜਾਂ 72 ਘੰਟੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੋਚ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੇਕ ਦਿਓ ਅਤੇ ਹਲਕੀ ਮਾਲਿਸ਼ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰੋ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 8. ਹੱਡੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਟੁੱਟਾਂ ਕਿੰਨੀਆਂ ਕਿਸਮਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਹੱਡੀ ਦੀ ਟੁੱਟ ਸੱਤ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ । 

        ( 1 ) ਸਾਦੀ ਜਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਟੁੱਟ 

        ( 2 ) ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੀ ਟੁੱਟ 

        ( 3 ) ਗੁੰਝਲਦਾਰ ਟੁੱਟ 

        ( 4 ) ਬਹੁਖੰਡ ਟੁੱਟ 

        ( 5 ) ਚਪਟੀ ਟੁੱਟ 

        ( 6 ) ਕੱਚੀ ਟੁੱਟ 

        ( 7 ) ਦਬੀ ਹੋਈ ਟੁੱਟ

 ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 9 , ਗੁੰਝਲਦਾਰ ਟੁੱਟ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਭ ਤੋਂ ਖ਼ਤਰਨਾਕ ਟੁੱਟ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਇਸ ਟੁੱਟ ਨਾਲ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਜੋੜ ਵੀ ਹਿੱਲ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ । ਹੱਡੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਲੇ ਅੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ । ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਟੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਰੀੜ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਟੁੱਟਣ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਗਰੋੜੀ ਰੱਸਾ ਜਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ । ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਪਸਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਟੁੱਟਣ ਨਾਲ ਫੇਫੜੇ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਗਰ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ।

 ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 10. ਟੁੱਟੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੱਡੀ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ( 1 ) ਟੁੱਟੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੱਡੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਅੰਗ ਦੀ ਹਿਲਜੁਲ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿਓ । 

          ( 2 ) ਹੱਡੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਿੱਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਫੱਟੀਆਂ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਪੱਟੀਆਂ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਦਿਓ । 

          ( 3 ) ਰੋਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਐਕਸਰੇ ਲਈ ਲੈ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ । 

          ( 4 ) ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਲਵੋ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 11 , ਬੇਹੋਸ਼ੀ ਆਉਣ ਦੇ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ( 1 ) ਬਹੁਤ ਗਰਮੀ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂ ਧੁੱਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ । 

          ( 2 ) ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰੀ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ । 

          ( 3 ) ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੁੱਬ ਜਾਣ ਕਾਰਨ । 

          ( 4 ) ਕਿਸੇ ਜ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਅਸਰ ਕਾਰਨ । ' 

          ( 5 ) ਸ਼ਕਰ ਰੋਗ , ਮਿਰਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਿਸਟੀਰੀਆ ਰੋਗ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ । 

          (  6 ) ਜੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਹੁਤਾ ਖੂਨ ਵਗ ਜਾਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਬੇਹੋਸ਼ੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ।

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 12. ਬੇਹੋਸ਼ੀ ਹੋਣ ' ਤੇ ਕਿਹੜੇ - ਕਿਹੜੇ ਚਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਉਤਪੰਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ( 1 ) ਚਿਹਰਾ ਪੀਲਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 

          ( 2 ) ਚਮੜੀ ਠੰਢੀ ਅਤੇ ਚਿਪਚਿਪੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । 

          ( 3 ) ਨਬਜ਼ ਹੌਲੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । 

          ( 4 ) ਖੂਨ ਦਾ ਦਬਾਅ ਘਟ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ।

Question 2. What are the things to keep in mind while providing first aid?

A. When considering first aid, consider the following three things

    1. Nature of Injury - Take care of the type of injury. If the injury is fatal or critical, seek medical attention immediately.

    2. Intensity of Injury - Take care of the area where the injury is most severe

    3. Process of First Aid - Take the same approach to first aid as the injury.

 Question 3. What are the causes of muscle tension?

Answer (1) Excessive fatigue in the body.

        (2) The playground is hard or very soft.

        (3) Do not warm the body well before starting the game.

Q4. What are the measures to avoid straining the muscles during sports?

Question 6. What are the types of platform?

Answer: There are three types of platform.

        1. Minor Sprain In this condition there is a slight pain in the area of ​​the sprain. Swelling occurs.

        2. Moderate Sprain Pain and swelling are more common in this condition. The ligaments break a lot.

       3. Complete Match (Several Sprain) In this condition the pain in the joint becomes unbearable. Damage to the ligaments as well as the cartilage and the capsule. The movement of the joint stops.

 Q7. How would you treat a sprain?

Answer - (1) Apply cold water three to four times a day for 48 hours.

         (2) If the sprain is on the ankle, tie a bandage in the shape of an octopus.

         (3) Do not put weight on the sprained joint.

        (4) After 48 hours or 72 hours, warm the sprained area and start a light massage.

Question 8. How many types of bone fractures are there?

Answer: There are seven types of bone fractures.

        (1) Simple or closed break

        (2) open break

        (3) complex breakage

 Question 9: Why is a complex fracture called the most dangerous fracture?
