ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 1. ਨਸ਼ੀਲੀਆਂ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਰੀਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਕੀ ਅਸਰ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ?

 ਉੱਤਰ - ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਆਦੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਪਾਚਨ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਲਹੂ ਦਾ ਦਬਾਅ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਡ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਘੱਟ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਪੱਠਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਸੀ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਘੱਟ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 2. ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਨਸ਼ੀਲੀਆਂ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਨਸ਼ੀਲੀਆਂ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਦੋ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਥੋੜੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਜਿੱਤ ਦੀ ਖਾਤਰ ਉਹ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਥਕੇਵਾਂ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਨਸ਼ੇ - ਯੁਕਤ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ।

 ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 3 , ਨਸ਼ਈ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਟੀਮ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਨਸ਼ਈ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਉਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਕਰ ਹੱਟ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ । ਟੀਮ ਵਿਚ ਖੇਡਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਨ । ਟੀਮ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਚੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਚੋਰੀ ਆਦਿ ਦੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਵੀ ਨਸ਼ਈ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਉੱਪਰ ਲੱਗਣੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ।

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 4 . ਖੇਡ ਦੇ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਨਸ਼ਈ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਕਿਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਵਤੀਰਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਦਲੀਲ ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਰੈਫਰੀ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਮੰਨਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਰੈਫਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਗਾਲੀ - ਗਲੋਚ ਵੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਖੇਡਣ ਸਮੇਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 5. ਨਸ਼ਈ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਸ਼ਈ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਰੁਤਬਾ ਗੁਆ ਬਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਉਹ ਦੂਸਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਆਪਣਾ ਚੰਗਾ - ਮਾੜਾ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੋਚ ਸਕਦਾ । ਉਹ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਔਕੜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਸਿਰਦਰਦੀ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 6. ਨਸ਼ਈ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਨਸ਼ੀਲੀਆਂ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਓਪਰਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ । ਉਸਦੇ ਚੇਹਰੇ ਦਾ ਰੰਗ ਪੀਲਾ ਪੈ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਪੈਰ ਲੜਖੜਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ । ਮਨ ਬੇਕਾਬੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਉਹ ਬੁੱਧੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਅਕਾਰਨ ਕਿੰਗਜ਼ਰੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਦਲੀਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣਦਾ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 7. ਤੰਬਾਕੂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਦਸ਼ਾ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ?

ਉੱਤਰ - ਤੰਬਾਕੂ ਦੇ ਧੂੰਏ ਵਿਚ ਤਾਰ ( Tar ) ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਹ ਦੇ ਰੋਗ , ਦਮਾ , ਕੈਂਸਰ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਲੰਬੀ ਦੌੜ ਜਾਂ ਬਾਸਕਟ ਬਾਲ , ਹਾਕੀ , ਫੁੱਟਬਾਲ ਆਦਿ ਦੇਰ ਤੱਕ ਖੇਡਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਖੇਡਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਸਾਹ ਚੜ੍ਹਦਾ ਹੈ । ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਥਕਾਵਟ ਵੱਧ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 8. ਕੀ ਹਾਰ ਨਸ਼ੀਲੀਆਂ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗ ਕਾਰਨ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ - ਹਾਰ ਨਸ਼ੀਲੀਆਂ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗ ਕਾਰਨ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ , ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹੋਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਬਗੈਰ ਜੋਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡਿਆਂ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਨਸ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਤੇ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਬਿਗੜ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਖੇਡਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਦਾ । ਨਸ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਖੇਡਣਾ ਵਰਜਿਤ ਹੈ । ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਹਾਰ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ । 

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 9. ਨਸ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਆਦੀ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ( 1 ) ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਰੀਰ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ।

          ( 2 ) ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਹਾਲਤ ਪਤਲੀ ਪੈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । 

          ( 3 ) ਉਹ ਚੋਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲਣ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ।

          ( 4 ) ਉਹ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨਹੀਣ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ।

          ( 5 ) ਉਹ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਅਨਸਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਲ ਜੋਲ ਵਧਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ।

ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ 10. ਨਸ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੇਡਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਪਕੜਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਸਜਾ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ ? 

ਉੱਤਰ- ( 1 ) ਉਸ ਦਾ ਜਿਤਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਇਨਾਮ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 

          ( 2 ) ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ।

          ( 3 ) ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਰੁਤਬਾ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ।

 A. The digestive system of a person addicted to drugs becomes weak. Blood pressure rises. His physical and sports power decreases. Muscle coordination is reduced. 

Q2. Why do athletes use drugs? 

A. Drug use increases the performance of athletes for a short period of time. They use them to win. Sometimes athletes also use drugs to relieve fatigue.

 Question 3, What kind of influence does a drug addict make in his team? 

A. The drug addict's teammates believe him and leave. Even when playing in a team, he feels the team is insecure because of him. Allegations of theft of something in the team are also being leveled against drug addicts.

Question 4. What is the behavior of a drug addict on the playground? 

Answer: He insists on his argument. Refuses to accept the referee's decision. He also insults the opposing player and the referee. Puts more force than he can handle while playing which is detrimental to the team as a whole.

Answer - Defeat can also be due to the use of drugs, as mistakes are made by playing with passion without consciousness. Drugs can upset a player's physical and mental balance, so he may lose his balance while playing. Playing with drugs is prohibited. The player is punished which leads to defeat.

Answer- (1) His body becomes weak.

          (2) His mental state becomes thin. 

          (3) He begins to steal and lie.
